What will be required to work in the kitchen?
Other than the obvious, No Gluten, no wheat starch, no oats (unless they’re celiac safe purity protocol oats) ;)
Liability insurance naming Just Gluten Free, Inc as additional insured, a food handlers card for each individual using our facility, a food managers certificate for the supervisor of your operation, and any permits specific to your operation (catering permit, commissary verification form, sellers permit, Processed Food Registration (PFR) from the State of California’s own Department of Public Health (CDPH), etc)

What equipment do members need to provide for themselves?
We provide commercial kitchen equipment that most businesses would need. If there is specialized equipment you work with, let’s chat and see what we can do.

How do I reserve kitchen time?
All reservations are booked through an online platform on a first-come, first-served basis. Members get priority booking over new or one time use clients.

Is there a retail space?
We operate a scratch made gluten free, wheat free bakery Thursdays - Saturdays. Should you wish to have your packaged items in our retail area, they would be available for our customers to shop during our business hours. Let’s see what you can offer for the gluten free community and make sure it’s the right fit for our customers.
